Products and Services
- We offer fresh dairy products such as milk and paneer.
- All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly due to natural factors.
- We also offer cattle sales and farm visit programs by prior booking.
Ordering and Delivery
- Orders can be placed via website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Free delivery is available in selected areas; distance may be subject to delivery charges.
- We aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to weather, transportation, or farm conditions.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed in the app and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, etc.
- Full payment is required before milk delivery starts as advance or at the time of month end from which date milk delivery starts.
- Payment must be made by the 1st to 10th of every month.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, returns are generally not accepted.
- If the product is found to be spoiled or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 12 hours for resolution.
- Refunds or replacements are at our discretion after investigation.
Farm Visits
- Visitors must follow all farm safety rules and staff instructions.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- We are not liable for any injuries sustained during visits due to failure to follow guidelines.
Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Personal data collected is used only to fulfill orders and improve our service.
